HLR Deep provides phone number validation services, including: • Real-time HLR (Home Location Register) lookups • Phone number verification and carrier detection • Bulk validation capabilities • API access for integration We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be responsible for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use You may not share your API keys or account access with others.

Pricing is available at /pricing: • Free plan: Unlimited web validations at no cost • Pay-as-you-go: $0.05 per API validation • Enterprise: Custom pricing Payments are processed securely. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance for API usage. No refunds for consumed validation credits.

When using our API: • Do not exceed rate limits specified in your plan • Do not use the service for illegal purposes • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service • Do not validate phone numbers without proper consent • Do not resell validation credits without authorization Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

While we strive for accuracy, phone number validation data is provided "as is" without guarantees. HLR data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be incorrect or outdated. We are not liable for decisions made based on validation results.

All content, technology, and materials provided by HLR Deep are owned by us or our licensors. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our technology • Use our brand name or logos without permission • Claim ownership of our services or content

HLR Deep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Lost profits or revenue • Data loss • Service interruptions Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Use the service for fraudulent purposes • Fail to pay for services You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
